沖縄県看護研修センターは、公益社団法人沖縄県看護協会の拠点であり、看護師の教育研修を主とし、訪問看護の拠点、看護師のための相談所を含んだ複合的施設。
設計にあたり、私たちは沖縄の厳しい環境や複雑な敷地条件を慎重に読み取り、それをうまく建築に活かすことで、ここでしか実現できない新しい建築の姿を提案いたしました。
分割されたRCの大屋根を設け、その下に明るくて風通しの良い大きな日陰（ラウンジ）をつくりました。そこは自然の風、光、クールチューブ、または環境条件に併せて自動的に開閉する換気窓によって、年間を通して快適に保たれています。
機械空調によって制御される各部屋は、すべてラウンジに面することで熱負荷を抑え、部屋単位での個別制御とすることで、環境への負荷軽減を目指しています。
また、建築全体を立体的につなげる空間構成とすることで、様々な方向に開いた裏のない建物となり、どこにいても人々の活動が感じられる魅力的な空間を実現しました。
“Okinawa nursing trainig center” is a new head office of
Okinawa prefectural nursing association and also a training
center for nurses to train various plactical techniques.
We proposed a new Architectural style that can be realized only
in this place, that is deeply related to environment and climate
of the place.
There are 4 large roofs that block the very hard summer
sunlight in Okinawa, constructed with RC, create a large shade
under the roofs.
On the other hand, by making continuous atriums, people can
feel the vibrant wherever you are.
